1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, communicating with our sales team via WhatsApp or email, or placing an order with Crystalcarvings ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply specifically to all B2B wholesale buyers, distributors, and private label partners.

2. B2B Wholesale Focus

Crystalcarvings operates exclusively as a Business-to-Business (B2B) supplier. We do not cater to direct-to-consumer (D2C) retail sales.

• Our natural crystal carvings, gemstone decor, and mineral specimens are intended for resale by crystal shops, gift shops, metaphysical stores, online sellers, and wholesale distributors.
• We reserve the right to request business verification (such as a website link, business license, or social media store profile) before processing and confirming large wholesale orders.

3. Orders & Customization (OEM/ODM)

We support flexible wholesale ordering to help you build sellable crystal product collections:

• Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): We offer low MOQs for trial orders. Specific MOQs vary by product category (e.g., 3D carvings, spheres, bracelets) and will be quoted directly by our sales team based on your requirements.
• Custom Orders: For custom shapes, specific sizes, or private label packaging, a detailed specification must be provided. Custom orders may require a non-refundable deposit before production begins.
• Mixed Lots: Buyers can combine different stones, shapes, and sizes in a single order to test market demand, subject to material availability.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change based on raw material costs and currency exchange rates.

• Quotations: Official quotes provided via WhatsApp or email (including photos, sizes, and materials) are valid for 15 days.
• Payment Terms: Full payment is generally required before shipment for standard wholesale orders. For large bulk or custom OEM orders, a 30% to 50% deposit is required, with the remaining balance due before shipping.
• Payment Methods: We accept Bank Transfer (T/T), PayPal, and other agreed-upon international payment methods. Any associated transaction fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

5. International Shipping & Customs

We provide professional export packing to ensure fragile crystal products arrive safely. We ship globally to the US, Canada, UK, EU, Australia, and other regions.

• Shipping Methods: We offer Air Express (DHL, FedEx, UPS), Air Freight, and Sea Freight depending on the order volume, weight, and your urgency.
• Risk of Loss: Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. We highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value crystal orders.
• Customs and Duties: The buyer is solely responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees in their destination country. We provide commercial invoices and necessary export documentation to assist with customs clearance.

6. Quality, Returns & Claims

Due to the natural characteristics of crystals and gemstones, variations in color, natural patterns, exact size, and minor natural inclusions or surface fissures are perfectly normal and are not considered manufacturing defects.

• Claims: Any claims regarding goods damaged in transit, missing items, or significant quality issues must be reported to our sales team (accompanied by clear photos and videos) within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
• Returns: As a B2B wholesale supplier, we generally do not accept returns for unsold inventory or "change of mind." Approved claims for genuinely defective items will be eligible for replacement in your next order, store credit, or a partial refund, at our sole discretion.
